2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account on jajy9, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of using online betting and gaming services.
• You must not be on any self-declared self-exclusion list.
• You will operate the account for yourself and for personal entertainment purposes.

2.2 Account Guidelines

Each user may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or cancellation. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

jajy9 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. Some services may be limited until this verification is complete. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. jajy9 also reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without notice in the event of a breach of the Terms.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jajy9 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). If a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction is detected, jajy9 may immediately suspend the account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• If a withdrawal via the same method is not possible, an alternative arrangement will be made.
• Any unused deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time (excluding bonus amounts).

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus (total ৳2,500); depositing ৳8,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 (total ৳13,000).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before a bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

If any funds are withdrawn after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled. jajy9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a bonus at any time if irregular activity is detected on an account.

4.3 General Promotion Rules

• Each promotion applies to one account only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• If a specific promotion has its own terms, those terms will take precedence.

5. VIP Program & Rewards

Regular players on jajy9 can enjoy the benefits of the VIP program. The program has five tiers in total, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on each player's activity and participation. jajy9 reserves the right to change VIP rewards and tier criteria. Cashback will be credited directly to the account and wagering requirements may apply.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jajy9. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Cheating, fraud, or gaining an advantage through any dishonest means.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's funds or identity.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded. jajy9 reserves the right to void bets under abnormal market conditions.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jajy9 follows a fair play policy and no manipulation of game results takes place. If a disconnection occurs, the game session state will be restored.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to server or network issues, jajy9 will attempt to settle based on the last confirmed state. jajy9's decision on this matter will be considered final.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any ambiguity in translation, the Bengali version will prevail.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines together form the entire agreement between jajy9 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this agreement.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
